The Subtle Art of Hospitality - People

NOTA was born from the belief that people comes first. Everyone deserves to be taken care of, to eat well and connect. Whether it is within the food we cook, the coffee we brew, or the doors we open, all that we do comes down to one thing: People. We start from taking care of our team -- our guests, our families, and our suppliers. And how we do that, through what we do best: food and hospitality.

We are not seeking to reinvent the wheel. NOTA is all about warm hospitality and honest dining. Ingredients selected with careful consideration, plates celebrating contemporary yet comforting flavours: these are the little pleasures that bring us immense joy, and we share them with you, our community.

A Home Away from Home

A team founded in exploration and collaboration, led by Alexander, Shemun and Jack. We are all just a bunch of “experienced” strangers from different backgrounds coming together to create something that is from the heart. We dwell in what can be done better, in creating a place for everyone to eat well and connect, where food that looks good can also taste good.
