Call it a membership if you like, but really it’s just us making things official. Think of it as us keeping a chair ready for you. Free or VIP, the point isn’t the perks, it’s the people. A seat saved, a plate waiting. With our Free Membership (The Guest List), you’ll always be the first to hear what’s cooking — new menus, events, little surprises to keep things personal.
With our VIP Membership (The Communal Table), you’re sitting even closer: private tastings, first dibs on collaborations, and a few off-menu experiences we keep just for family.

The membership term (validity period) shall be 12 calendar months from the date of issuance of the membership.

The membership have no cash value and cannot be traded for any other service.
The privileges of the membership cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion on the same visit.
The "For 30 Days Free Coffee Everyday" dining privilege is valid for any coffee or beverages available on the menu, including hot and iced options. Any upgrades or add-ons (such as upgrade to oat milk, or extra shot), top up will be required according to prices shown on the menu.
The '50% off on any starters / sides' dining privilege is applicable with any food order, and limited to one (1) redemption per member per day.
The 'Buy 1 free 1 dessert' dining privilege is limited to one (1) redemption per member per day.
The 'Corkage Free' dining privilege is applicable for dine-ins with any order.
The membership is not transferable or refundable.
Presentation of the VIP Membership Whatsapp Community is imperative for availing the benefits under this program for identification purposes.
NOTA Concepts Sdn Bhd reserves the right to add, modify, and change the terms of use with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard shall be final.
Fraud or abuse concerning the membership is subject to appropriate administrative and / or legal action by NOTA Concepts Sdn Bhd including termination of the membership.
Your participation in the VIP Membership Program is voluntary and at your own risk.
We will make reasonable efforts, but the VIP Membership details and other materials may contain typographical or other errors including the benefits of the VIP Membership Program. We will not be responsible for any such error, typo or misprint and reserve the right to refuse to accept any benefit or transaction arising out of such an error.
Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through the payment of the Dining Privilege membership or the use of the membership card or any of the certificates, the Member accepts these terms of use and agrees to be bound by them.
It is recommended to make a reservation in advance clearly stating the use of the membership benefits at NOTA to avoid any disappointment on arrival.
Membership benefits may vary, depending on the location where the membership is purchased and used.
