3. How can I cancel/refund my booking?

There will be a cancellation fee of RM30 per booking for any cancellation made in less than 24 hours notice. The cancellation fee applies automatically for no-shows.

4. How can I be certain my booking's been received?

Make sure to press "SUBMIT NOW" twice. Once bookings have been received, you will get a confirmation email from our reservation team shortly.

3. The date / time that I am looking to book is unavailable.

First of all, we're closed every Wednesday! Besides, we block dates where we have private events to avoid double booking >:(. Alternatively, feel free to choose another date that works for you.

9. What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy typically requires 3 days notice period before your reservation time. If you cancel within this window, you may forfeit your deposit.

10. Can I change the reservation date or time after making a deposit?

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but it depends on availability. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss any alterations to your reservation. Similarly, to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us via phone or email. Our staff will assist you in making the necessary changes.

For private event bookings, please visit our Private Events page, where you may find all the details you’ll require and a form to send in your enquiry. Our team will be in touch with you for further information and arrangements! Booking confirmation will be dependent on availability.

2. Why can't I make same-day reservation via online?

We encourage guests to drop us a call @ +60 17-489 1189 for same day reservation, as to avoid missing out on your reservation on busier days.

Call us! For each reservation, we will hold your seats for 15 minutes after the reserved time. Do give us a heads up if you would like to change the time or date of your reservation, so we can allocate seats for you, based on availability.

8. How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?

The deposit amount is RM10/pax. Deposit amount will be transferred back to your bank account once reservation has been fulfilled. Deposit collected will not be applied to your final bill. If you cancel within our cancellation window, it's fully refundable.

We ask for a deposit for reservation of 10 pax and above, and encourages pre-ordering to ensure that we can allocate sufficient resources to accommodate your reservations. It helps us plan better and provide a great dining experience.
